The International Council on Systems Engineering South Africa Chapter (“INCOSE SA”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.   • Professional Data: Company name, job title, industry sector, INCOSE membership status.

3. How We Use Your Information #

We use your Personal Information only for the following legitimate purposes:

  • Processing your membership application or renewal.
  • Communicating with you regarding chapter events, newsletters, and technical resources.
  • Facilitating your participation in chapter initiatives and working groups.
  • Displaying your contact information in the member directory (only if explicit consent is provided).
  • Analysing website usage to improve our services and outreach.

4. Disclosure of Your Information #

We will not sell, distribute, or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your explicit permission or are required by law to do so. We may share data with INCOSE Global as part of standard membership processing.
