The CHAPTER Secretary (Known as Administration Officer, formulates agendas for all business meetings of the CHAPTER and the CMC, and, records the official proceedings and attendance at these meetings. The office is an elected position, filled according to the bylaws of the CHAPTER. The Secretary serves as an officer of the CHAPTER and a voting member of the CMC.
