The INCOSE SA Technical Officer is responsible to guide the direction of the CHAPTER technical activities and programmes. These would include, but not limited to, leading the development of a technical strategy and associated plans for the CHAPTER. This includes the establishment and direction of CHAPTER technical working groups (WGs), ensuring technical participation of the CHAPTER in associated activities at the Central and EMEA levels, including WGs.
