Abstract

The notion of “Agile” sometimes causes confusion and conflicts. This presentation will cover the topic of Agile Engineering based on the work from INCOSE Agile Systems Working Group and related groups. Strategies and principles that can be applied to situations where agility is needed will be presented.

About Jonas Hallqvist

Jonas Hallqvist, ESEP, is a Systems Engineer working at Saab, Sweden. He has 30 years of experience of radar and electronic warfare systems and has focused the last 15 years on developing processes, methods, tools and competence in the field of Systems Engineering. He is currently the process owner for development processes within Business Area Surveillance at Saab. He has been INCOSE chapter president, member of the INCOSE Certification Advisory Group and he is a primary author of the INCOSE Competency Framework and INCOSE Competency Assessment Guide.
